The activity aimed to empower women drivers by providing practical skills for their safety and livelihood. It also promoted TESDA’s tech-voc programs while supporting the 2025 National Women’s Month theme “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas.” The training highlighted women’s capacity to thrive in technical fields traditionally dominated by men.
The successful collaboration between TESDA RTC-NCR and GRAB Philippines opens doors for future skills training for women drivers. It reinforced both organizations’ commitment to empowering women and supporting inclusive growth in line with the Bagong Pilipinas vision.
