TESDA Regional Training Center–NCR, in collaboration with Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Metro Manila District Jail Annex 4, conducted a One-day Training on Basic Automotive Preventive Maintenance and Servicing on April 21, 2026 held at Gen. Santos Ave., Camp Bagong Diwa, Lower Bicutan, Taguig City, led by TESDA Trainer Mr. Robert T. Ong Jr.
This One-day training aimed to promote safety awareness and accountability among persons under custody in maintaining vehicles, as well as to ensure that all individuals are familiar with the proper procedures for conducting Basic Automotive Preventive Maintenance and Servicing.
Furthermore, the training strengthened the partnership between TESDA RTC-NCR and the BJMP-MMDJ Annex 4 in maintaining safety standards and preventing vehicle breakdowns. Both organizations expressed commitment to future initiatives that will continue to uplift individuals, supporting their role in building a more inclusive and progressive society.
