TESDA Regional Training Center – NCR, in collaboration with GRAB and MOVE IT, Conducted One-Day training on Basic Automotive Preventive Maintenance and Servicing on March 4, 2026, held at TESDA RTC-NCR, Building 14, Gate 2, TESDA complex, Taguig City, and led by TESDA Trainer, Mr. Robert T. Ong Jr.
This one-day training equips participants with the essential knowledge and hands-on Experience in basic automotive preventive maintenance. The program focuses on two key servicing procedures: changing engine oil, and replacing brake pads and brake shoes. The training is designed to help learners understand the fundamental automotive systems, apply safe servicing practices, and perform routine maintenance tasks that support vehicle safety and reliability.
Furthermore, this training strengthened the partnership between TESDA RTC-NCR, GRAB and MOVE IT drivers in maintaining safety standards on basic automotive preventive maintenance and servicing for the Lady GRAB and MOVE IT drivers. Both organizations expressed commitment to future initiatives that will continue to uplift all participants, supporting their role in building a more inclusive and progressive society.
