TESDA RTC-NCR in Celebrating National Women’s Month Empowers Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC) on Basic Automotive Preventive Maintenance and Servicing

TESDA Regional Training Center – NCR, in collaboration with Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC), conducted One Day Training on Basic Automotive Preventive Maintenance and Servicing on March 23, 2026, held at Yuichi Ichikawa Hall, OSHC Agham, Bagong Pagasa Quezon City and led by TESDA Trainer, Mr. Robert T. Ong Jr.

This one-day training equips participants with the essential knowledge and hands-on experience in basic automotive preventive maintenance. The program focuses on two key servicing procedures: changing engine oil and replacing brake pads and brake shoes. The training is designed to help learners understand the fundamental automotive systems, apply safe servicing practices, and perform routine maintenance tasks that support vehicle safety and reliability.

Furthermore, this training strengthened the partnership between TESDA RTC-NCR and Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC) employees in maintaining safety standards on basic automotive preventive maintenance and servicing for the women employees. Both organizations expressed commitment to future initiatives that will continue to uplift all participants, supporting their role in building a more inclusive and progressive society.
