TESDA Regional Training Center – NCR Launches Batch 1 of Adobe Certified Professional inVisual Design Training

The TESDA Regional Training Center – NCR proudly announces the successful implementation of
Batch 1 of the Adobe Certified Professional in Visual Design Training, conducted from February
02–06, 2026. This 40-hour night training program was delivered through a hybrid modality, combining
online and face-to-face sessions to provide flexible and accessible learning opportunities for
participants.


The program is led by Trainer Demetrio C. Pable Jr., Adobe Certified Professional and Adobe
Educator, and is supported by Center Administrator Eugene P. Agcaoili, whose leadership
ensures effective coordination, resource availability, and a conducive learning environment for all
trainees.


Designed for students, aspiring designers, industry professionals, and freelancers, the training equips
participants with essential competencies in visual communication, branding, layout design, digital
imaging, and creative production workflows. Participants engage in hands-on exercises and guided
projects using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe
InDesign. These activities strengthen their ability to produce professional-quality design outputs
aligned with global industry standards.


The program also prepares participants for the Adobe Certified Professional in Visual Design
certification, validating their technical expertise and enhancing their employability in the competitive
creative and digital design industry.


The strong engagement and active participation of Batch 1 reflect the growing demand for globally
recognized certifications in visual and multimedia design. With continued support from Center
Administrator Eugene P. Agcaoili, the TESDA Regional Training Center – NCR remains committed to
expanding similar initiatives to empower more aspiring creatives and further strengthen workforce
