CMB Films and Services Inc together with award winning Director Larry Manda visited the Regional Training Center- NCR on April 11, 2025 to explore possible partnerships in the creative industry particularly in film and video production. The highlight of the visit was a short yet meaningful meeting where both parties expressed their interest in collaborating on future trainings and development projects in the creative sector.
Quick visit to the Multimedia Room of RTC-NCR
One of the most notable moments of the visit was the tour of RTC NCR facilities which showcased the center’s potential. This opened discussions on how RTC-NCR can become a hub for training in the film and video industry.
The meeting was attended by Eugene P Agcaoili the Center Administrator of RTC NCR together with his trainers and staff. The guests were Jim Baltazar the Managing Director and President of CMB Film Services, Inc., Director Larry Manda, Ms. Jem Baltazar Santos Quiambao Head of Operations and Roel Abito from MKA Enterprise.
The visit highlighted the value of fostering strong partnerships between TESDA training institutions and the industry sector to support the growth of the film and video production industry in the country. This collaboration represents a meaningful step toward empowering Filipino creatives with the skills required in today’s dynamic media landscape.
