On January 21, 2025, the TESDA RTC-NCR Turnover Ceremony was held at the RTC-NCR
HVAC Facility, marking the official transition of leadership at the center. This significant
event was attended by key individuals, including the newly appointed Center Administrator,
Eugene P. Agcaoili, and the outgoing Center Administrator, Director Gilbert M. Castro. Also
present were Regional Director Engr. Jovencio M. Ferrer Jr., MuntiParLasTaPat District
Director Maria Gracia P. Dela Rama, Atty. Angeline Chavez from the Quezon City District
Office, and members of the RTC-NCR Advisory Council, Dr. Danilo Ayap, Engr. Eric Jude
Soliman, and Engr. Leo Neil Famadico. Representatives from TESDA NCR, TESDA Manila
District Office, COA, as well as the staff and employees of RTC-NCR, were also in
attendance.
The purpose of the ceremony was to honor and celebrate the contributions of
Director Castro as he formally handed over his responsibilities to Administrator Agcaoili. The
event not only recognized the achievements of the outgoing administrator but also provided
an opportunity to welcome and support the new leadership as it embarks on its journey to
further strengthen the programs and initiatives of TESDA RTC-NCR.
