●To model and showcase Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) that would provide innovative and responsive programs using state-of-the-art technology in the Region;
●To establish a well-formed system of governance and management in the Center to be the showcase on advanced courses which are in demand and in accordance with TESDA’s thrust on Industry 4.0;
●To offer higher level Qualifications and Diploma Programs that would develop and produce more competent and industry-ready graduates;
●To produce competent manpower through advanced trainings with the aid of advanced technology and equipment available as capacity building strategy with 21st century skills; and
● Adapt green practices in the curriculum and programs being implemented in the Center.
