Leo Neil F. Famadico’s journey with TESDA began in 2020 when he learned about the agency through the partnership between Daikin Airconditioning Philippines Inc. and TESDA RTC-NCR. From being a Senior Training Engineer, he was promoted to Training Supervisor—a career milestone that also led to international opportunities, including training assignments in Malaysia and Japan.
