JUSTINE PAZ MEDINA, a TIG Welder and Fabricator, now works proudly as an OFW at Dynomotive Australia. His journey is a reflection of determination, discipline, and the power of quality training—proof that skills developed locally can stand shoulder to shoulder with international standards.
His path was shaped early on by TESDA, where the foundation of his welding career was built. As he recalls, “TESDA made a significant difference in my journey because of the hands-on welding training in the shop, with 100% free materials and consumables, which allowed me to learn and enhance my welding skills.”
The practical training environment gave him the freedom to practice, improve, and grow with confidence.
Through the TESDA Training Program, his technical abilities continued to develop. He shares, “the TESDA Training Program helped me gain sufficient knowledge and trained and equipped me to be ready to face the real-world welding industry.” This preparation strengthened not only his skills but also his readiness for the demands of a highly competitive field.
Looking back, the impact of the training is clear. “My life changed after completing my training at TESDA because once you graduate from TESDA, you become competent and job-ready,” he says.
Today, his success serves as an inspiration to Filipino dreamers everywhere—showing that when skills are sharpened with purpose and opportunity, they can open doors anywhere in the world.
