Success Story: Breaking Barriers in Automation: The Success Story of LalyhnClaire P. Kadusale

Lalyhn Claire P. Kadusale’s journey into Mechatronics started with a Facebook post. It was through social media that she first discovered TESDA RTC-NCR programs. Curious of the opportunities, she decided to take a leap of faith and enroll in the Mechatronics Servicing NC II and NC III programs. Her passion for combining technical work and programming, along with the opportunity to learn from industry experts, fueled her determination to succeed.

When Lalyhn’s first joined TESDA RTC-NCR, she had limited knowledge in the sector of Electrical and Electronics. However, the training program provided her with a strong foundation, equipping her with essential skills such as electrical wiring, device installation, and programming machines to function efficiently. The hands-on experience and in-depth lessons helped her grasp the fundamentals of the industry, which became crucial in preparing her for her current role as an Automation Engineer. With the confidence and expertise gained from TESDA RTC-NCR, she was able to transition smoothly into the workforce, efficiently handling tasks and adapting to the fast-paced work environment.

One significant moment in Lalyhn’s journey was when she struggled to understand lessons related to the PLC program. Noticing that several students faced the same challenge, her Trainer, Sir Regie Pallasigui, took the initiative to adjust his teaching approach, making the lessons more accessible and easier to understand. This experience not only strengthened her technical knowledge but also taught her the importance of asking questions and seeking guidance. She realized that TESDA fosters an environment
where trainers acknowledge individual learning and student focus approach, a support system that made a lasting impact on her career development.

Since completing her training, Lalyhn’s life has changed dramatically. She secured a job in a field she is passionate about, successfully completed her first project, and even had the opportunity to travel to different locations for fieldwork. Grateful for the training and mentorship she received, she acknowledges the pivotal role of TESDA and her trainer in shaping her career path.
