TESDA Regional Training Center – NCR, in collaboration with the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos, conducted One Day Training on Basic Automotive Preventive Maintenance and Servicing on December 13, 2025, held at Del Rey School of Caloocan 630 La Forteza Subd. Area A, Camarin, Caloocan City and led by TESDA Trainer, Mr. Robert T. Ong Jr.
This one-day training equips participants with essential knowledge and hands-on
experience in basic automotive preventive maintenance. The program focuses on two key servicing procedures: changing engine oil and replacing brake pads and brake shoes. The training is designed to help learners understand fundamental automotive systems, apply safe servicing practices, and perform routine maintenance tasks that support vehicle safety and reliability.
Furthermore, this training strengthened the partnership between TESDA RTC-NCR and the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos in maintaining safety standards on basic automotive preventive maintenance and servicing for the Muslim community. Both organizations expressed commitment to future initiatives that will continue to uplift all participants, supporting their role in building a more inclusive and progressive society.
