The Philippine National Skills Competition (PNSC) 2024, held last August 21–25, 2024, showcased the excellence and competitiveness of Filipino youth in technical-vocational education and training. In the Graphic Design Technology category, Ms. Hannah Krystelle A. Caintic, a learner of the Visual Graphic Design NC III under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) at RTC NCR, emerged victorious by winning the Gold Medal. The event, hosted at the World Trade Center in Pasay City, brought together the best talents from different regions, with Hannah rising as the third gold medalist from RTC-NCR in this trade area.

This victory also highlights the effectiveness of RTC NCR’s Visual Graphic Design NC III program in producing graduates who are both innovative and globally competitive.

The success of RTC NCR at PNSC 2024 was further strengthened by the leadership of Mr. Gilbert M. With this victory, Hannah will proudly advance to represent the Philippines at the WorldSkills ASEAN 2025, carrying not only her talent but also the hopes of the nation to shine in the global stage.
