The TESDA Regional Training Center – NCR successfully concluded its Visual Graphic Design Training
Program held from June 02 – September 19, 2025, with a total of 513 hours of hybrid evening sessions
delivered through both online and face-to-face training. Facilitated by Trainer Demetrio C. Pable Jr.,
Trainer/Assessor, Adobe Educator and Adobe Certified Professional and WorldSkills international expert,
the program aimed to enhance the creative, technical, and collaborative skills of aspiring designers,
professionals, and freelancers.

Participants underwent intensive, project-based learning across five major design disciplines: Logo
Design, Print Media Design, UX/UI Design, Packaging Design, and Booth/Product Window Display.
Through client-style briefs and real-world simulations, learners created original outputs such as brand
identities, campaign materials, wireframes, packaging prototypes, and retail mock-ups. The training
combined theory, critiques, revisions, and final presentations that mirrored the pace and expectations of
the design industry.

Beyond technical skills, the program emphasized teamwork, collaboration, and design thinking. Group
activities, peer feedback, and role-play simulations fostered camaraderie and a studio-like environment
where participants acted as designers, clients, and project managers. Many shared that the training not
only improved their skills but also boosted their confidence, expanded their networks, and prepared them
for the demands of both local and global creative industries.
