The 14th WorldSkills Manila 2025 highlighted the remarkable skills of Filipino youth in various trades last August 25-30, 2025. In the Graphic Design Technology category, Ms. Hannah Krystell Caintic, a graduate of the Visual Graphic Design NC III program from RTC NCR Batch 2024, brought honor to the nation by winning the Gold Medal and the Best of Nation Award. Representing the Philippines among 13 competitors from 10 ASEAN countries, her victory affirms the country’s alignment with global industry standards embedded in the WorldSkills framework.
Hannah’s success was the result of intensive preparation, discipline, and commitment to excellence.
Beyond mastering aesthetic design, her training focused on accuracy, speed, efficiency, and
determination—qualities essential to meeting WorldSkills standards. As a proud RTC NCR graduate,
holder of Visual Graphic Design NC III, and Adobe Certified Professional in Visual Design, she has
proven her capability to meet international benchmarks. Her resilience under pressure and ability to
combine creativity with technical precision make her a true inspiration for aspiring Filipino designers.
This victory was made possible through the expertise of Mr. Demetrio C. Pable Jr., Chief Expert for
Graphic Design Technology at the 14th WorldSkills ASEAN Manila 2025, TESDA Trainer/Assessor of
Visual Graphic Design NC III and an Adobe Certified Professional. His mentorship, rooted in both
education and real-world practice, has consistently produced Filipino champions in international stage.
Equally instrumental was the unwavering support of RTC NCR’s Center Administrator, Mr. Eugene
Agcaoili, whose leadership and commitment to strengthening technical-vocational education have
empowered trainers and trainees to achieve record-breaking success.
