The Regional Training Center – National Capital Region (RTC-NCR) successfully conducted the online training entitled “Power Women’s Creativity in Graphic Design Using Canva” in celebration of Women’s Month on March 18 and 19, 2026. The activity was held in two batches via Zoom and was facilitated by Mr. Demetrio C. Pable Jr., RTC-NCR Trainer, who served as the resource speaker.
The training aimed to empower participants—primarily women—by enhancing their creativity and technical skills in graphic design using Canva, equipping them with practical knowledge applicable for personal, entrepreneurial, and professional use. A total of 95 participants attended the first batch, while 56 participants joined the second batch, reflecting strong engagement and interest in digital design skills development.

Throughout the sessions, participants were introduced to the fundamental and advanced features of Canva, including layout design, typography, color coordination, and content creation. The interactive approach of the resource speaker allowed participants to actively engage in hands-on exercises and real-time design demonstrations. Overall, the activity was deemed successful in achieving its objectives of promoting women empowerment through digital creativity and supporting the continuous development of ICT-related skills among participants.
