RTC-NCR met with Garlic and Peppermill Food Groups (G&P) last June 1, 2023 to finalize the arrangements regarding the conduct of supervised industry learning (SIL) for the center’s Ship’s Catering Services NC I (SCS NC I) graduates.
The graduates of SCS NC I shall be deployed in four (4) of G&P’s restaurants located in Greenbelt 5, Bonifacio Global City, and The Grove by Rockwell as support staff for front of house and back of house services.
G&P is represented by its Head, June Hebrew, Kristine Bitanga, Restaurants Operation Manager and Sheena Belmonte, HR Head. RTC-NCR was represented by Niño Enrico Nuevo, Senior TESD Specialist, and Rita Gamboa, TESD Specialist II.
The deployment of SIL Trainees is expected to start on June 5, 2023.
