Mission
●To integrate the industry as the focal point of its demand-driven and socially inclusive
higher level TVET delivery and competency assessment and certification services;
● To serve as lead technology institution for higher-level TVET needs of NCR in producing
competent trainers and 4IR-ready workforce; and
●To continuously create, source, store, and disseminate intellectual capital on higher level
TVET for the benefit of the industry and TVET stakeholders.
