ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

Choose the Training Program that you wish to enroll in from the list of our Training Programs. Make sure to check the Entry Requirements before enrolling.
Download and Fill-out the Enrollment Application Form and Learners Profile Form (downloadable forms are located below the page).
Submit the Enrollment Application and Learners Profile Form at our office located at Bldg. 14, Gate 2, TESDA Complex, East Service Road, SLEX, Taguig City.
Take the 45-item Qualifying Exam (Power Test) which will be administered at our Training Center upon filing of your application.
After successfully accomplishing steps 1-4, you will be officially line-up for the Training Program you enrolled in.
You will be contacted by our Enrollment Focal for a short interview and advise you for the schedule of submission of requirements based from the contact details you provided.
Upon submission of the complete requirements, you will be provided with the Admission Slip and be advised of the schedules of Learners Orientation and Schedules of Training.

Assessment Procedures

Choose the qualification that you wish to undergo assessment from the list of our Accredited qualifications.
Download and Fill- out the Application Form and Self-Assessment Guide (downloadable forms are located below the page).
Submit the Application forms, Self-Assessment Guide, and other documentary requirements at our office located at Bldg. 14, Gate2, TESDA Complex, East Service Road, SLEX, Taguig City.
TESDA RTC-NCR Processing Officer will call you and confirm your assessment schedule.
After accomplishing steps 1-4, you will instruct to pay the approved assessment fee to the cashier of TESDA RTC-NCR and will be provided with the admission slip with your assessment schedule.
