The TESDA Regional Training Center – NCR successfully conducted the Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) in Visual Design Training from December 15 to December 22, 2025. The 40-hour program was delivered through a hybrid learning format, consisting of four (4) days of online training and one (1) face-to-face day for the certification examination. The activity was specifically designed for TUPAD beneficiaries, supporting workforce upskilling and digital competency development.
The training was facilitated by Trainer Demetrio C. Pable Jr., an Adobe Certified Professional, and focused on hands-on, industry-aligned applications of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. Emphasis was placed on developing strong visual communication skills and professional design workflows relevant to both digital and print media.
Participants successfully earned the Adobe Certified Professional in Visual Design using Adobe Photoshop certification, demonstrating their competence in photo manipulation, image enhancement, layout composition, and creative design techniques aligned with international standards. Supporting lessons in Illustrator and InDesign strengthened their understanding of vector graphics, typography, and multi-page layout design, reinforcing a complete visual design skill set.
Through practical exercises and real-world design simulations, participants applied core principles such as color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency. The face-to-face certification examination validated their skills and resulted in the successful certification of the trainees.
The program received positive feedback for its practical approach, relevant curriculum, and effective delivery. The successful certification of the participants underscores TESDA Regional Training Center – NCR’s continued commitment to empowering TUPAD beneficiaries by providing globally recognized Adobe certifications and market-ready visual design skills that open opportunities in the creative and digital industries.
