PASASALAMAT 2025: PARTNERS AND EMPLOYEES APPRECIATION DAY

Pasasalamat 2025: Partners and Employees Appreciation Day was a meaningful gathering
that honored the continued support and collaboration of RTC-NCR partners and employees.
The highlight of the event was the strong message of unity and commitment shared by the
Advisory Council and industry partners. Engr. Eric Jude S. Soliman, speaking on behalf of
the RTC-NCR Advisory Council, suggested that a calling card be created for the Advisory
Council, which they can use when endorsing RTC-NCR to their respective partners and
affiliates, further strengthening industry linkages and visibility. The highlight of the event was
the strong message of unity and commitment shared by the Advisory Council and industry
partners. Engr. Eric Jude S. Soliman, speaking on behalf of the RTC-NCR Advisory Council,
expressed his deep appreciation to TESDA for its unwavering leadership in strengthening
technical-vocational education and in aligning training programs with WorldSkills
international standards. His message reaffirmed the council’s full support and commitment to
building a future-ready and globally competitive Filipino workforce.


Another key highlight was the message of continued industry partnership delivered by Engr.
Leo Neil Famadico, Chairman of the RTC-NCR Advisory Council and representative of
Daikin Airconditioning Philippines. He emphasized the value of the long-standing
collaboration between TESDA and Daikin in upskilling Filipino workers through
industry-relevant training programs. His statement reflected the shared goal of improving
training quality and supporting national development. The presence of Dr. Danilo V. Ayap,
representing the academe sector, further strengthened the multi-sectoral support for
RTC-NCR initiatives.

Engr. Leo Neil F. Famadico delivered his message of support on behalf of the RTC-NCR
Advisory Council and as a representative of Daikin Philippines.


The event was held on December 04, 2025, and served as an appreciation day for partners,
employees, and stakeholders of RTC-NCR. It gathered RTC-NCR Advisory Council
members, industry partners, RTC-NCR staff, District Director Gerardo Mercado, and
Assistant Regional Director Cariza A. Dacuma. The program focused on recognizing
contributions and reaffirming commitments to future collaboration. The atmosphere was
warm and celebratory, reflecting gratitude and a shared sense of purpose.


Pasasalamat 2025 successfully reinforced strong partnerships among government, industry,
and academe. It highlighted the importance of collaboration in improving training quality and
workforce readiness. The event also provided an opportunity to align plans and management
decisions with shared goals. Overall, the activity strengthened relationships and renewed
commitment to advancing technical-vocational education and training in the region.
