The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony between TESDA Regional Training Center NCR and DEYE Inverter Ltd. marked a significant milestone in advancing renewable energy training in the Philippines. The highlight of the event was the formal signing of the MOA led by TESDA NCR officials and DEYE representatives. The initiative will provide trainees with access to modern tools and technologies from DEYE and will also open doors for research development and local and international immersion for trainers.

The event took place on September 30, 2025 at the TESDA Regional Training Center-NCR (RTC-NCR) located in Taguig City. It was attended by key officials from DEYE Inverter including Mr. James Yuk, Vice President of DEYE Inverter Singapore PTE Ltd, Mr. Rowen Polintan, Operations Head of DEYE Philippines and other team members. From TESDA the event was led by Assistant Regional Director Cariza A Dacuma, RTC NCR Center Administrator Eugene P Agcaoili, Supervising TESD Specialist Jerry O Taroy and Partnership and Linkages Focal Rita Mae P Jordan Gamboa. Also present were PV System Installation ((PVSI) NC II students with its trainer, Mr. Junrey M. Eguna and staff who witnessed this important collaboration. Their participation reflected the institution’s dedication to equipping Filipino workers with relevant green skills for future-ready employment.
