The Daikin Network Job Induction Program for Commercial Airconditioning Installation and Servicing NC III (CAIS NC III) were successfully conducted on September 19, 2025 at the TESDA-Daikin HVAC Center. The activity served as an informative orientation that connected the newly graduated CAIS NC III trainees to various opportunities within the Daikin Network (DiNet) as Installers, Distributors and Sub-Dealers. Mr. Renault Mina from DiNet shared valuable insights about the company’s mission work culture and expectations for skilled professionals in the air conditioning industry. The highlight of the event was the engaging discussion on how Daikin upholds innovation and sustainability in its projects which inspired the participants to pursue excellence in their chosen field.
This induction program was designed to orient the graduates about the DiNet and its role in bridging training to employment. It emphasized the importance of aligning technical skills with industry standards and introduced the participants to real-world applications of their training as potential Installers, Distributors and Sub-Dealers. Through the interactive orientation graduates gained a clearer understanding of how their CAIS NC III qualification can open doors to promising career paths within the commercial air-conditioning sector.
