The Regional Training Center-NCR (RTC-NCR), in partnership with Coca-Cola Euro- Pacific Philippines, conducted a two-day Servicing Domestic Refrigeration Equipment Training on June 17–18, 2025. The training, led by HVAC Trainer Enrico Relevo, focused on hands-on practical activities aimed at enhancing the technical capabilities of participants in domestic refrigeration servicing. This initiative marked a significant step in empowering the cold chain workforce through upskilling and professional development.

A key highlight of the event was the active participation of Cold Chain Associates who engaged in actual servicing exercises. Their involvement demonstrated the importance of continuous learning in meeting industry standards. The collaborative workshop environment also allowed participants to exchange technical knowledge, boosting both confidence and competence.
Participants included Cold Chain Associates from Coca-Cola and third-party service providers responsible for refrigeration equipment maintenance. The training was delivered in a workshop format to ensure meaningful knowledge transfer.
