It focused on the hands-on installation of<br>PV MLPE or module level power electronics to the existing solar system of the center. This<br>activity marks an important step towards adopting advanced solar technology into the training<br>curriculum for PV System Installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><br>One of the main highlights was the practical immersion led by Mr. Tomy David and Mr.<br>David Liang from Advansol. They guided the trainers on the installation of rapid shutdown<br>devices and MLPE components which are essential in making solar systems more efficient<br>and safer. This aligns well with the goal of upgrading the competencies of TESDA trainers to<br>keep pace with evolving industry standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The training was held at RTC-NCR located within the TESDA Complex in Taguig City on<br>April 21 2025. Participating in the session were Junrey M. Eguna Senior TESD Specialist and<br>PV Trainer and Jerry O. Taroy, Vocational Instructor Supervisor and also a PV Trainer. The<br>trainers appreciated the industry exposure and modern techniques shared during the training.<br>This activity is part of the continued efforts to enhance the PV System Installation NC II<br>curriculum. It ensures that trainers are equipped with the most up to date practices in<br>renewable energy technology.
