The training combined online lectures with face-to-face workshops to deliver a flexible yet<br>comprehensive learning experience. Facilitated by Trainer Demetrio C. Each module was structured with industry-standard tools and project-based learning,<br>simulating real-world workflows and challenges. Learners created original brand identities, social<br>campaigns, interactive wireframes, package designs, and mock-ups for retail spaces\u2014all grounded in<br>client-style briefs. Beyond software proficiency, the training emphasized design thinking, user experience, and production readiness. Group activities encouraged teamwork, peer feedback, and open dialogue\u2014mirroring<br>professional design studios and fostering a culture of shared growth. Learners collaborated on concept<br>development, offered constructive critiques, and supported each other through creative challenges. The<br>program also integrated mini design sprints and role-play simulations, where trainees acted as designers, clients, and project managers\u2014preparing them for the multi-faceted nature of the creative industry. Many participants expressed that the training not only enhanced their skills but also built their confidence, expanded their networks, and gave them a real taste of working in a fast-paced, collaborative design environment.
