Led by Trainer Eufemio Renomeron Lunzaga Jr., the training focused on engine oil change and CVT cleaning to equip participants with essential motorcycle maintenance skills.<\/p>\n\n\n<div  class=\"wp-block-ultimate-post-image ultp-block-6f3920\"><div class=\"ultp-block-wrapper\"><figure class=\"ultp-image-block-wrapper\"><div class=\"ultp-image-block ultp-image-block-none\"><img decoding=\"async\"  class=\"ultp-image\"  alt=\"Image Not Found\"  src=\"https:\/\/rtcncr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/69.jpg\" \/><\/div><\/figure><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Photo shows Women participants doing actual engine change oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The activity aimed to empower women drivers by providing practical skills for their safety and livelihood. It also promoted TESDA\u2019s tech-voc programs while supporting the 2025 National Women\u2019s Month theme <em>\u201cBabae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas.\u201d<\/em> The training highlighted women\u2019s capacity to thrive in technical fields traditionally dominated by men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The successful collaboration between TESDA RTC-NCR and GRAB Philippines opens doors for future skills training for women drivers.
