The representatives from the Department of Energy (DOE) conducted a site visit to RTC\u2013NCR on February 18, 2025, as of an initial step to determine the readiness of the facilities of the center for the implementation of the renewable energy project focused on the PV systems installations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the visit, representatives from the DOE, Mr. Raven Cruz, RTC\u2013NCR Vocational Instruction Supervisor Jery O. Taroy, and RTC\u2013NCR Partnership and Linkages Focal Rita Mae P. Jordan-Gamboa discussed the execution of the Deed of Donation between RTC-NCR and DOE, which will support the implementation of the project. The visit also allowed both organizations to discuss the requirements and technical aspects of the project and the next steps for implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The DOE reaffirmed its commitment to supporting training institutions in renewable energy development. On the other hand, RTC-NCR expressed its readiness to facilitate skills training for future PV system installers.
