In a program held last February 15, 2024 at its Headquarters in Brgy. New Lower Bicutan, 25 uniformed personnel from the Philippine Coast Guard Nursing Station (PCG-NS) recently completed a one-day training program in Basic Servicing and Maintenance of Air Conditioning units. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Led by their Chief Nurse, CG COMMO Lysamyra Marie N. Gavan, the training program aims to provide the learners with solid fundamentals particularly in aspects such as Refrigeration Cycle, Basic components of Air Conditioning Units, Operation Do\u2019s and Don\u2019ts and Maintenance procedure to become proficient in maintaining the air conditioning assets of their unit. The program also gave the learners an alternative option for employment and livelihood that can be used upon their retirement from service.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The one-day program also paved the way for future collaboration between TESDA RTC-NCR and PCG-NS as it plans to conduct more programs that will be mutually beneficial for its stakeholders.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
