Present are Center Administrator <em>Eugene P. Agcaoili<\/em>, Supervising TESD <em>Specialist Jerry O. Taroy, Engr. Mark Jiemel <\/em>and <em>Engr. Leo Neil Famadico<\/em> of Daikin Airconditioning Philippines, <em>Director Larry Manda<\/em> of Lupon ng Pilipinong Sinematograpo (LPS). The guidelines were explained and presented by <em>Ms. Lachmi Pacio<\/em> of the TESDA Certification Office.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting focused on the presentation of the implementing guidelines for the Industry-Based Assessment and Certification System (IBACS) to strengthen quality assurance in Technical-Vocational Education (TVET) certifications.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting reinforced the importance of IBACS in addressing gaps in certification recognition and ensuring that TVET qualifications remain relevant, reliable, and aligned with industry needs.
